Updates to TNCC Name and Alias (TNCF_APP)

Description of changes

• Updated outdated TNCC airport name (Hato -> Curaçao).
• Included TNCF as an alias for TNCC to be used as VATSIM login callsign (TNCF_APP to replace TNCC_APP).

Reason and motivation

Changes made due to updates in the AIP. They removed Hato Approach (TNCC_APP) and created Curaçao Terminal (TNCF_APP), a new airspace with increased size, coverage and operations compared to Hato Approach, which previously only covered a tiny sector and 2 airports.

This new alias reflects its increased size and operations, now covering all airports in the FIR (including the airspace of Beatrix Approach (TNCA_APP), which is still in operation and only serves TNCA). This change makes it clear for pilots who to contact during their climb/descend phase, as Curaçao Terminal (TNCF_APP) has become an extension to Curaçao Control (TNCF_CTR) and is no longer just final approach for TNCC and TNCB, but also TNCA and a large part of their climb/descend.

• TNCC_APP previously only covered the tiny Control Zones (CTR) for TNCC and TNCB from SFC to FL065.
• TNCF_APP now covers the new Curaçao TMA, including TNCA, TNCC and TNCB from SFC to FL245.
