Amazon S3 remotes have been supported for some time, but the Backups → Remotes documentation lacked a section mentioning this feature. This PR fixes this oversight.

Small suggestion, LGTM.

Amazon S3 remotes have been supported for a while,
but there was no section mentioning it in the Backups → Remotes doc.
This is now fixed
