When scrolling, the background image behind the article title is supposed to scroll, but does not. Instead, its position is fixed and it obscures the article text.
This issue can be reproduced visiting any article on the the https://www.greencarreports.com/ landing page. Oddly, reloading the page resolves the issue. Pasting a different article URL into the URL bar or navigating again from the landing page brings it back most of the time (about 9 out of 10). Reloading again resolves it.
Other extensions used
I have disabled all other extensions and can still reproduce. But if I turn off uBlockOrigin, the issue goes away.
