FEATURE REQUEST: Ability to demote a user to standard account

With adding in the ability to automatically create admin accounts for those users that are in specific security groups, it would be nice to have the feature that removes the admin access if that user does not have those security groups associated in the claims when they go to log in. This would be beneficial to control those admin users as they migrate and get new security groups assigned.
