This commit partially addresses Trilinos Github issue trilinos#919 A test from amesos2_interface_coverage_test.cpp (4, 4 threads test) results in intermittent runtime failures (seg faults). Test failure is independent of trilinos#649 and can be temporarily disabled to prevent blocking of that issue while permanent fix is underway. basker/test/CMakeLists.txt file modified to fix inconsistent naming of tests which prevented amesos2 coverage tests from compiling.
