ORFmine is an open-source tool for identifying and analyzing all Open Reading Frames (ORFs) in genomic data, focusing on their sequences, structures, evolution and translation activities.
This project explores the idea that a program could nondeterministic replicate itself iteratively towards an ambiguous goal, resulting in a set of programs that produce novel solutions that satisfy an optimized version of the ambiguous goal.
