PyFRAP: A Python based FRAP analysis tool box
Master thesis - Functional distribution fitting of the top tails of the wealth distribution by the example of Germany and the United States
Several numerical methods are provided here written in Python.
An approach to the modeling of linear systems and the analysis of their response to arbitrary inputs, together with data fitting models
This code is a GUI wrapper around polyfit and scipy curve optimize to easily allow users to plot polynomial and custom law graphs. The code gives values for fitting parameters with uncertainties and reduced chi squared values for data analysis and comparison with theory.
This project allows a quick manual fit of SHG or any polar data using a generalized trigonometric function. The fitting data can be easily exported after then.
A tool for guided input modeling and data fitting.
Portfolio containing my past and current projects to demonstrate bit of my coding abilities, both in Python and C++
Fitting a known probability distribution to a particular dataset based on Pearson’s Distributions.
