Adding files like .nojekyll or .prettierignore to the ignore configuration
option in config.md does not prevent them from being copied over to __site.

I also tried things like ./.prettierignore and prettierignore
but I couldn't get anything to work. I suspect the file name is
being treated like an extension or something to that effect.

Nice catch #1002 + patch release should fix this
