Spotify: add options to play Spotify recommendations using a track name

tizonia --spotify-recommendations-by-track 'my prefered song'

Hi!, thanks for taking the time to suggest new features. That's always appreciated. I think this is a good idea, and it would be fairly easy to implement, as it basically involves re-using existing functionality. Would you like to help with the implementation?
