**Since September 2022 this repository is no longer used.**

Ubuntu OCI rootfs tarballs are now stored in the Launchpad Git repository
<https://git.launchpad.net/cloud-images/+oci/ubuntu-base>, and PRs to [the
docker-library/official-images](https://github.com/docker-library/official-images)
are submitted from the [Ubuntu Cloud
Images](https://launchpad.net/cloud-images) CI/CD.

For information about Ubuntu OCI base images see <https://hub.docker.com/_/ubuntu>.
