  • global search-and-replace "Github" with "GitHub"
  • refer to Git remotes as simply "remote names" in a couple of slides since Git already has a (super-useful!) thing called "aliases"
  • other minor typos corrected

- Git has a thing called "aliases"; refer to remotes in the examples in
  the slides as '<remote-name>' instead

- minor thing, but OSX --> macOS

- remove some extraneous backticks

- few minor speling / typography fixes
