Adding entries for:

• [BUG] in POST v2/subscriptions with "geometry" condition expression and forbidden values #2000
• [BUG] in POST v2/subscriptions with "geometry" condition expression and not allowed values #1999
• [BUG] in POST v2/subscriptions, if "entities/idPattern" has empty values #1986
• [BUG] several entities with the same ID and DELETE /v2/entities/<entity_id>, the error description missing #1346
• In POST v2/subscriptions the "condition" field and sub-fields are optional #1946
• [BUG] in POST v2/subscriptions with "q" condition having invalid operator in ranges #1991
• [BUG] in POST v2/subscriptions with "q" condition having parse error in the expression #1989

Not adding entries for:

• in Update requests /v2/entities/<id>/attrs if id has a #, returns a 405, but without payload in the response #2075, already included: "Fix: Error responses with '405 Method Not Allowed' now return payload to describe the error, for v2 requests only (Issue in Update requests /v2/entities/<id>/attrs if id has a #, returns a 405, but without payload in the response #2075, in DELETE /v2/entities/<id>/attrs/<attr_name> if try to remove an attr, but with empty name, returns 405 without response payload #2078 and in PUT v2/entities/<id>/attrs/<name>/value if name has # character is returned 405 without payload #2083)"
• in GET v2/entities/ using attrs parameter with unknown value #2245, not actually a bug (nothing was done)
• [BUG] in GET /v2/entiies using "q" query parameter, not returns error if left-hand-side missing #1754, actually solved in 0.280
• in PUT/v2/entities/<id>/attrs/<name> if name is empty and it is used options query parameter, all attributes are replaced in the entity #2080, not actually a bug (nothing was done)

Just missing the issue #2406

#2406 is a bugfix in a feature not existing in previous Orion versions, so it doesn't need to be at changelog. Actually, the following entry "covers" #2406

• Add: support for geometry, coords and georel in NGSIv2 subscriptions (AKA geo-subscriptions) (APIv2: geoquery expression in subscriptions #1678)

Or, another way of considering it, #2406 is a fix on a feature introduced in the development cycle covered by this PR (and that feature is #1678) so it doesn't need additional entry in CNR.
