To import it in IntelliJ:

Ctrl+Alt+Shift+S
Left Bar > Modules
Select Module 'TeamCode'
Tabs > 'Dependencies'
Green '+' Button > Library
Select 'opencv310'
'Add Library'

Note: Every Time you Import/Sync Gradle, you will have to repeat this process!
