What is the current behavior?

Placeholder text value in the Tag box isn't synced with the Property Grid and the Preview. It syncs after Ctrl+F5 only.

What is the expected behavior?

Placeholder text value in the Tag box is synced with the Property Grid and the Preview.

How would you reproduce the current behavior (if this is a bug)?

Drop a Tag box to the Design surface and enter a custom placeholder text instead of the default 'Select...'
