Hi,

Sorry for bothering again but three chapters are down on the website:

2. What is Bayesian Statistics
5. Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC)
9. Bayesian Regression with Count Data

Somehow `Franklin.jl` is erroring in some markdown pages
because of the Table of Contents.

This is a quick and dirt fix to that:
removes the `toc` stuff.

Closes #90.

#91 should fix this.
Somehow we are getting an ToC error on these pages.
I don't have time to debug it now.
If you or someone manages to solve this and retain the ToC a PR would be most welcomed.
