After the release of [email protected], a fresh installation of this library will fetch this version (which does not support Soroban yet) rather than
stellar-base@sorobandue to semantic versioning quirks (i.e.stellar-base@^9.0.0-soroban.3will resolve to[email protected]).The version has been pinned to the exact tag to prevent this issue.
