Create molecule scenario DONE
molecule test -s pycharm-install not passing under community.general 3.2.0 (fatal: [instance]: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "No snap matching 'pycharm-professional' available."})
Watch issue snap module fails with state absent on snap that is not installed ansible-collections/community.general#2835

For now snap doesn't run well on docker to test on molecule CI/CD:
ansible-collections/community.general#2542 (comment)
