Add iOS target support

Attempt to add iOS target support as part of a fix for the issue #14

• Add iOS target support.
• Add a demo iOS app showing the library in action.
• Add a github action to build and publish the library. Note this will require setting setting up needed credentials to publish the artifacts to maven central.

Note: There is a crash when you select Lazy pagination tab. Since it's not related to this work, I didn't look into a fix for it.
