Both spring-boot-devtools and jna-platform [4.3.0,) in the classpath, the project fails to start

Here is the line in jna-platform-4.3.0.jar/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF which cause the exception

@zhanhb Have you opened an issue against the JNA project? Irrespective of any change we make in Boot, I think the manifest should be fixed.

Not yet. JVM will ignore the classpath which is not existing. IMO it's not a bug of jna project.
Or maybe both spring-boot-devtools and jna-platform should be fixed
