Dependency fix for Sphinx 1.7.

Builds are failing for me with Sphinx 1.7.0. These changes resolve the incompatibilities.

I'm away from my computer at the moment, I'll look at it as soon as possible. Is it compatible with both 1.6 and 1.7?

As far as I can tell, it is compatible with Sphinx 1.6. However, I have had some issues setting up the development environment locally so someone with experience may wish to confirm.
