This PR removes the pinned versions of dependencies in
requirements-sdp.txt. This matches the changes that occurred after previous sdp releases where this file was updated:a143d8f
then cleared:
9975346
on the main branch.
This should stop dependabot from opening PRs attempting to update requirements defined in this file.
