A few different ways to install:

Install from AMO here.
Download the xpi file and double click.
Download the xpi file, go to about:addons, "Manage Your Extensions" gear icon > "Install Add-on From File...".

Download the zip file, unpack, go to chrome://extensions, then "Load unpacked".
