• Bumped version of ethers for compatibility with @skalenetwork/upgrade-tools: 3.0.0-develop.38.
  Fixes Outdated version of @skalenetwork/upgrade-tools #1164
• Fixed verification call for skaleToken: 'address' contract attribute was removed on Ethers v6 -> updated to async getAddress().
