Improve database date filed sorting

数据库多个排序调教的时候，只有第一个排序条件起作用，第二个和第三个排序条件没有效果。

希望多个排序条件，可以在保持 “日期” 的排序约束下，再按照 “状态” 和额 “时间段” 排序。

如果没有打开具体时间，那么在排序的时候就不应该比较具体的时间，只应该比较日期：

参考 Notion ，在升序条件下，有具体时间的条目排在无具体时间的后面：
