Nuclei results not saving in nuclei_output#

so after running a scan with ./reconftw.sh -d geo.com -a -

I noticed none of the Nuclei findings I seen on screen get saved in

/root/reconftw/Recon/geo.com/nuclei_output
root@localhost:~/reconftw/Recon/blockstation.com/nuclei_output#

Even after the scan is complete, I am also running as root and have tried the latest version of Ubuntu and Debian 12, but I still have the same issue.
