| All | services_available | Return a list of the services available or types of service available |
| Enta | verify_mac | Verify whether the given MAC is valid for the given number – function folds into services_available |

| All | order | Place an order to activate DSL or migrate DSL to the provider |
| All | regrade | Place an order to regrade the service |
| All | requestmac | Obtain a MAC – note that not all suppliers return it immediately |
