The default IPRVersion setting in pulledpork.conf does not end with a slash

pulledpork/etc/pulledpork.conf

Line 150 in 37ef6d5

IPRVersion=/usr/local/etc/snort/rules/iplists

On EL7, this setting:

IPRVersion=/etc/snort/rules/iplists

results in the following file being created:

/etc/snort/rules/iplistsIPRVersion.dat

I think this is not expected, and the IPRVersion setting should end with a slash,
which results in the following file:

/etc/snort/rules/iplists/IPRVersion.dat
