- Added functionality to call procedures without arguments
- Updated language grammar in briltxt.py - Updated interpreter - Updated tests
- Fixed parsing order for functions - Added recursive fibonacci implementation as test
- Combined func_with_return with func - Changed interpreter accordingly
- IR includes argument types
