I'm putting WIP on this one. Looks like the elfinder either needs to be upgraded or we may need to wait on CKEditor 4.9.1 I'm looking at ckeditor/ckeditor4#1835 for the ckeditor possible issue and It may be both, stay tuned! |

They pushed out a 4.9.1 release today, no webjar yet. |
