Due to uBlock not blocking an existing filter gorhill/uBlock#1668 for "###_iph_cp_popup" I've created an issue for gorhill to fix up. Not really prepared to create 2-sets of filters for 2 different methods.

I agree with https://github.com/kovacsattila-hun, there should be more work together between CookieMonster and Fanboy. These over-, underflows, inserts, fly-ins or however you wanna call them are getting more and more epidemic… seems like what the classic pop-ups where in the 00's.

Just install the Annoyances list, it'll cover both. The moment you try integrate Newsletter stuff into the cookie list, people will complain. tl;dr just use the Annoyances.

Ok @ryanbr I must really thank you for all your hard work through the years. I have used uBlock for many many years in it's various forms. Thanks to the rest of you as well the assist and add to this wonderful program.

I do have something that needs to be looked into though as well and I do not know if here is the right place or not. Twitch.tv used to block all ads perfectly but for the last 2-3 weeks when ever I first open it and start to play a stream it is getting ads through. but only at the start of the stream. ads do not come back unless the page is refreshed.

I actually already have it even before I posted here. I use both adguard adblocker and uBlock and in both everything is enabled. Is it possible that they are putting the advertisements directly into the video stream through encoding versus a popu background type?

Maybe AdGuard inject some inline script incomprehensible for uBlock Origin. Rather they cut at the same level.

And to avoid future problems, it is better to choose only one.
