Running tests fails with: TypeError: cx.include_ignored is not a function

wasm-bindgen -V and wasm-bindgen-test-runner -V show 0.2.100.

The command I am using is wasm-pack test --firefox --headless.

The solution was to update wasm-bindgen-test. Many thanks to "kpreid" on Discord!
