I have been working on this release for while now, It is an almost full rewrite of the plugins which try to leverage reusable code across different plugin parts, the major new things in this release are :

• Better code structure and using common AnsibleRunnerBuilder class which take care of creating a runner based on the job/project/framework configuration. I believe this makes the code more consistent and easier to maintain and extend since there are no more redundancy in defining job arguments.
• This release adds more structure and consistency to the project through the use of common projects and framework arguments shared by all jobs: for instance no need to define an inventory file for every job, it can be defined once for the project and that value will be used as the default for all jobs.
• Resolves some issues related to ssh password usage and Add context variables support for job steps definition #64, Encrypted keys in key storage #62, No nodes are displayed if any are unreachable #53, Working directory configuration option #47, Failed: AnsibleNonZero: Error running Ansible Node Step. #46, Inconsistent inventory in Resource Model Source and Jobs #45 ...
• Removed Node jobs (Playbook and Module) as I think they does not make much sense as they go against the purpose of using ansible, and their usage introduces lot of concurrency issues for some playbooks specially the ones having local actions, so I believe ansible should be handling ssh to hosts and parallelism of Tasks, and having the Playbook and Module Node executors could be misleading and error prone.

Can you please take a look at the code and let me know what you think ?

This is awesome @yassineazzouz - I will take a look the code and test it as soon as I can!
Sadly I haven't been able to push our Rundeck / Ansible usage, so I'm not familiar with all the options you mention, but I guess you know what you do. :)
