go to Administration -> Plugins -> repo -> find RunBB Converter -> click composer
in modal window click button with require runcmf/runbb-ext-converter
after close modal, page refreshed and you see RunBB Converter marked as installed
go to Administration -> Plugins -> RunBB Converter -> Activate
