Simple executable launcher for Retroarch's lutro core

Nothing fancy here, take a look in the main.lua to add or remove list entries

Stripped RobLoach's love-lutris (https://github.com/RobLoach/love-lutris) launcher to the bone for this, pretty sure it still works ok. He wrote his code well.
