  • Add support for schema v2.1 additional location fields in:
    • Create/update endpoints
    • Bulk create endpoint
    • Retrieve endpoint
    • Query endpoints
    • Indexing endpoints
  • Add continent code filter
  • Update tests
  • Remove sort by ID for list results

Note: Pointing to schema-v2-1 branches for validation suite, update address and schema json imports
