Damn, Internal Compiler Error.
I'll be merging this anyway, because I ran the readme example locally, but I'll have to report this ICE to be fixed 👀 .
(if the example had any unsafe code I'd be hessitant to do so, but it's fully safe)

Seems like the ICE has been fixed: rust-lang/rust#113900
so it should only be a matter of time to get CI working without workarounds.
