This PR adds the configuration folder for ergoCubSN000.

It contains ergocub_all.xml for the shoulders, torso and legs.

To be defined the files for the head and forearms since they contain the new boards.

In the meantime, let's remove:

  • iCubStartup.xml
  • iKinGazeCtrl.ini
