This is the release of code concurrent with pypi release 0.1.0.

This initial release contains all of the libraries from the old repository, with a few changes to make them work as packages, such as switching to full filenames.

The file structure has been set up to work as a pypi release, and the docs folder holds the markdown files for the wiki
