• clusteringBenchmark: Repository for the paper Assessing the performance of methods for cell clustering from single-cell DNA sequencing data published in PLoS Computational Biology Journal.
• sc_longitudinal_infer: Repository for the computational tool (In progress) to infer a longitudinal tree given longitudinal single-cell DNA sequencing data. First draft for this work is available in bioRXiV scLongTree: an accurate computational tool to infer the longitudinal tree for scDNAseq data
• Leetcode: Repository for solved leetcode problems.
• Text classification project: In this project I analyzed different models trained for sentiment analysis of movie reviews to understand how different models work for sentiment analysis. I trained CNN and LSTM( Python Notebook Link) and two BERT models with different embedding dimensions ( Python Notebook Link). To train the models I used two datasets: the Keras IMDB dataset and IMDB dataset from Stanford. Project Report
