fix(datasource): Check release constraints validity

Changes

Without validity check, two bad things may happen:

1. Constraints obtained from datasource are invalid
2. Our versioning scheme doesn't support the syntax of some constraints

This PR makes filters out such constraints, so that we don't pass the wrong versions/ranges downstream.
