Make company headings consistent

Data organization work to support further automated validation, and eventually generating a website from the company profiles (see #44).

Next steps (short-term):

• Automatically validate headings in company profiles
• Generate minimal company profiles for all companies in the readme (Add missing company profiles; require all companies to have a profile #413)
• Automatically validate that every company in the readme has a company profile (Add missing company profiles; require all companies to have a profile #413)

I like it.
Are we wanting to merge this and then split the others into other PRs?
3 will obviously pass after 2 is merged and we can use that to make sure the list is at least a MVP for each entry
