Running SymPortal

Getting started with a local instance of the SymPortal framework

• Set up SymPortal on your machine.

Submitting data to the remote instance hosted at SymPortal.org

All users with a SymPortal account are able to upload their data directly via the submission portal that is accessible from the symportal.org homepage once signed in.

If you do not already have an account you can email [email protected] to get one.

By submitting your data to the central SymPortal.org database you will benefit from the full resolving power of the thousands of samples that have already been analyzed!
