Just catching up, but this isn't quite correct -- it implies projects have to be private on commercial. I think there is better framing here, the original closed source or commercial projects aren't great descriptors but are more accurate than just private. Or to mimic the open source note, private or close source projects.

In #243 this was changed, but it now implies projects have to be private on commercial. This reverts the change, and reuses terms we are already using on the page: "private and commercial documentation/projects". https://github.com/readthedocs/website/pull/243/files#r1457943722
