Adds `subMenuOffset` prop, so one can set the left-offset of the sub-menus.

Sorry for the delay in merging this, I've just been busy lately. I should be releasing a new version shortly with the new prop available. |

Adds
subMenuOffsetprop.Benefits
Users can set the left-offset of the sub-menus, and It's not hardcoded to 10 pixels.
