[local development for CTTP lab certification module]

This is an open source web application developed for the Center of Training Transportation Professionals.

In its current build, this repo is funnctional whilst sitting on top of a properly configured web server (apache) that is included in the Windows Apache MySQL PHP (WAMP) application.
