- Select a representative, regular content page and set the red frames tight around the content area.
- Press the "enlarge to current" button on the righthand toolbar. This will set the standard printspace for all pages.
- Go through all the pages and use the cursor keys to move the red frame to cover all content. (You may need to resize the printspace for individual pages if they differ from the standard printspace you just set.)
- Set the margin to the preferred size. Click on the blue frame button to make the blue frame visible; then adjust the margins so that the blue frame contains most of the page.
- With the blue frame button enabled, select the "automatic align" button and choose "center" from the popup menu that appears. This will set all blue frames centered relative to the red frame.
- Go through the pages again, making sure the blue frame is in the right place. Check that all rejects disappear and that all regular pages have a status of "ok."
