Edit the ignore setting.
So if we have new format , you can edit the app.yaml.
But please do not put your information in the app.yaml

Create your own secret.yaml in your local and write your own variables to override the setting in the app.yaml
like the following

env_variables:
  CLOUD_SQL_CONNECTION_NAME: your-connection-name
  DB_USER: your-account
  DB_PASS: your-password
  DB_NAME: your-database
