Description
This PR adds some information to display on the home page. It shows Github releases and the Medium blog posts on the main panel and @ProjectSlippi's Twitter feed on the side panel.
There's also a small panel underneath the Twitter feed for potential ads. Currently it rotates between two ad banners - one linking to the Discord, and one linking to Patreon. Potentially this could be expanded to include Slippi Merch (jisu.gg) and/or the Hitbox adapter.
Using Medium and Twitter for handling news distribution allows pushing of new content to the desktop client without rebuilding and re-releasing. I'd imagine the Twitter feed would be especially useful for keeping track of server issues/maintenance reports etc.
What are your thoughts on something like this?
