What is in this Pull Request ?
In PR #2462 the options have been introduced for tenant and site scoped restricted access. Even though the SharePoint Online management module doesn't consistently name these parameters between the tenant level switch and the site collection switch, I would personally like to keep it consistent with the SPO Management Module. This PR will make them consistent again.
