Initial Update of Mocha/Chai, to make sure Chai-as-promised still works with V5. We'll want to update again likely before we release v5. Revert "Mocha/Chai Version Update" This reverts commit c8c05e0. Update Mocha/Chai Updating Mocha/Chai to make sure Chai-As-Promised still works with V5. We'll likely want to update in the future.
No new releases of types for Mocha.

Updating version of Mocha, Chai and Chai-As-Promised. When V5 was released, chai-as-promised had a dependency on v4. This was updated in newer versions of Chai-As-Promised. Updating to test and make sure all will work on V5.
